Carville Park Apartments is Project Based Section 8 Housing for qualified applicants. Effective 7/1/23 Carville Park Apartments regular waitlist is CLOSED and we will not be accepting new applications for those under 62 years of age.
The elderly preference remains in effect. However, as of 8/17/23 the over 62 elderly waitlist is CLOSED and we will not be accepting new applications.
Carville Park Apartments has studio apartments with quad living. All units are single occupancy only. 4 tenants share a kitchen and living room. Each studio is approx. 13×13 and has its own bathroom. We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in any units or common areas, and is only permitted in the outdoor smoking areas. Pets are upon approval only.
Carville Park Apartments does not provide any assisted living services.
Carville Park Apartments is conveniently located just north of Reno’s downtown core and a quick drive to Sparks. Easy access to the freeway is less than five minutes away. Reno public transit is also nearby.
